You should check out Joomla.org. Its a cms with tons of templates and components, includes a few for review websites.

    Good Luck

I would not reccomend Joomla, it can be a real pain in the ass. Your best bet would be to get a free template from http://www.opendesigns.org/ or http://www.oswd.org/ . Learn HTML, it's piss easy stuff and once you've got the basics sorted you'll easily be able to create your site using a free template from one of the sources mentioned above. For learning about hosting and domains etc, google is the way to go, luckily for you though it's fairly straightforward and there are plenty of guides around which are simple enough to follow. Good luck!

PS - I'd reccomend Ishan's web hosting service: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=239466 talk to Ishan and he'll get you sorted.

Why not just use either Wordpress or Blogger with some static pages? They make good review websites, I think? They're both free, both easily hostable on your own site, and so on. Unless you want a lot of strings and catches and terms and conditions, or to deal with someone you have to trust to stay around for a long time, you'll have to pay about $5 per month for hosting, but it's worth it, and that's about your only expense, I think?

Both of those are good suggestion. I have developed a preference lately for html sites for things like this but WP should work fine as well. Keep the Squidoo lens and put some links on it to your own site once you have it up. The more links the better.
