    This is all crap...now you are saying all this here why not clearly say this when you flag the article for errors ? Why don't you crystal clearly say all this at that time ...why we have to read all this here ? Coz you have a bad system which makes a author more confused..

    Why you do that ?
    To waste the time of author so he ends up in buying more of your crappy membership. To get error messages like: You have broken html.

    LOL How this "You have broken html code" tells me the following ?
    Broken HTML also means that the article will potentially break any html site/email that uses it. Clearly, publishers don't want to fix an author's broken code - which is why our reviewers point out broken HTML for the author to correct.

    Also for your kind information the hoodia article Mark showed me has perfect html code...i have noticed myself that your system is not good enough..after submitting the article it adds several double spaces to the article on its own. I have several times fix it. Its your faulty system that coverts a single space to double space.

    Also are you sure you are read/speak native english ?
    When i say i don't need Diamond Review Thing then don't you understand that ? Or am i saying something in some other lanugage ?

    thanx for your in-depth attempt at trying to blame your customers for your lack of customer support. Dont forget, I sent you a ticked 2 weeks ago and only now are you responding which you only do because I started this thread. I mean...its not as if I dont have any patience.

    As regards to my own submission softeare in my sig as Iask you openly....whyt the hell as that got to do with you?. I purchased this sofware a year ago together with re-sell rights and decided to put the site up an one of the domains i have floating around. My God, if I was so heavily dependant on promoting my own submission software would I seriously want to waste $ 80,00 to use your service ?. Fact is, I have the resell rights and I intend on using them whether you like it or not.

    You forgot to mention my multi million article submission sites in my thread ( ha ha ha )

    Let me mention that I also use another submityourarticle.com which outdoes your system on all terms. Its user freindly and they have a rapid response customer service. All articles are submitted no later than 24 hours and the results are outstanding. I have used them in the past and I will continue using in the future.

    One thing makes them a class better than anything I have see at your site. Their CEO would never join in a thread and slag off customers that have every right in the world to complain about a service that is over hyped and over rated. Just look through the thread Chris and read just how many people have been let down as opposed to the 2 or 3 that have been lucky at your site. As I already stated, I envy these people.

    Instead of critizising your customers articles or the content in their SIG try sticking to your original apology "To each of you - if you've had problems with our site in the past, I apologize. If we didn't respond to your email, I am sorry. I know how frustrating that can be - and I regret that.".

    Your reaction to criticism is quite amusing I must admit. I hope you manage to cool off and have a good weekend without customers complaining to you about your service.,...........Dont you just hate complaints.....

    Nontheless...I wish you and ALL your staff a happy easter!!

    We paid for 3 month for article marketer subscription .
    Their phone # 510-257-4037

    They flag every single article we submit. Customer support is not existent.
    Worst article submission service ever.
    Worst of all now they have a glitch in their software and we can't submit at all.

    I left 4 voice messages and send several emails.
    No response.

    dissatisfied with your system.

    I ask you once more:

    How are you going to compensate your customers for your miserable service?.
    I am talking about the customers that paid good money for your service.

    Dont keep giving lame answers about why you flag articles and stop searching for more excuses to back up your arguements.

    Hoodia Diet Pills in Conjunction with the Typical American Diet


    As Americans, we have drastically changed our diet and eating habits over the last century, in hopes to help us shed excess body fat. We've tried cutting back on foods from the "grains" food group, as well as tried cutting back on fresh fruits and dairy products. But until we learn how to balance our diets, and eat healthy, we many never succeed. The following paragraphs will discuss the typical American diet, as well as how changing our eating habits and adding Hoodia diet pills can increase our chances of weight loss success.

    First, let us take a brief look at the meat we consume. Since the mid-1990's, chicken passed pork in the running for America's most popular meat, leaving it right on the heels of beef. While this is good news for those wanting to lose their extra weight, beef is still the leader in this race. Beef is higher in saturated fat, as well as trans fat.     I have my own article submission site and I too approve articles but there would be reason for me to reject an article like this. There worse reasons to reject an article that the ones you state.

    I am very surprised to see such behaviour of the CEO which clearly shows that after minting the hard earned money he is sure flying in the sky. You are dead brother and so called your company also!

    You are lucky that i don't live at your place else i would have sued you by this now. But sometimes luck runs sooner than you think...so watch what you say here becuase whole SEO community is reading what you're saying.

    You're negative attitude will bring you down. You won't last long in the business if this is the attitude you're goin to keep...best of luck coz u will need it alot.

    I must admit I was a little suprised as his reaction. Its not the kind of feedback I would expect from a CEO regardless of which company.

    There is a goldern rule is business which states quite clearly.... "The customer comes first ". Under no circumstances should a company make a client responsable for their own mistakes.
    I also have lost many customers due to lack of good customer support.

    As far as article marketer.com goes, I would send my articles to somehwere else before going though the frustration me and many others have been enduring. There is no customer support and its virtualy impossible to get an article submitted their due to the reviewing tactics which do nothing but push them for more time.

    Sadly...this is the truth

    yeahhhh..Okay. After only 3 weeks of begging, complaining and send e mails my article was finally submitted. Boy thats what I call fast action. Yeah...this "Diamond Assurence" thing is well worth its money I must admit.

    Yeah, after reading your article I can clearly see your point. Calling that article spam is really far-fetched. Most (if not all) of the major article submission sites would have accepted that article.

    Please PM me the list of sites articlemarketer.com submits to.

    I've seen another review like this at the ezinearticles.com forum but that one was a little too one sided for me to get the full picture.

    I haven't quite ruled out using the service because manual submissions would be next to impossible. If I send an article via my Seo Elite 4.0 article submission software and it has an error then I will have a ton of different sites that need the article corrected before it gets published.

    So with all the negative stuff going around about articlemarketer.com I'm still considering signing up. Then again I'm also considering just running each article through a grammar check service/program before sending it out via a software program.

    yes..thats entirely up to you where you sign up tp. If I were you I d contact the avisoft guy. I think he does manual sumbissions too. Also I highly advise
    submityourarticle.com because the support and customer service is immaculate and your article gets submitted withing 24 hours without any hassle. You get to submit up to 6 or 8 ( I cant remeber ) articles within 4weeks for round about $ 27,00. Look em up yourself and check the prices.

    Well I actually did end up buying a 3-month subscription for article marketer.

    They are ok. I've got 2 articles submitted so far and my 3rd one will be reviewed tommorrow. It is a little bit of a hassle but it does work.

    However, I might cancel my subscription.

    I'm going to write a lot more articles for distribution (possibly 3 a day) and I can't get bogged down. So I'm considering just buying an article submitter with a big list of article sites. I just don't know which one.

    It's also probably going to be a hassle trying to register 450 sites by hand but it might be what's best for me in the long run.
