Does anyone have any idea how legal this so called 'unbiased' Arbitrary Forum is? it appears anyone who pays them will get a decision granted them from the very outset, the Domain name owner literally doesn't stand a chance! has anyone had any experience themselves with being stung by this despicable organisation and has anyone been successful in fighting back? I was amazed at how quickly the Registrar takes their side and grants them the transfer of any Domain! I thought if a Domain name was available and hadn't been purchased then it was open to purchase!

I doubt if a Registrar would get involved in such a thing..I mean a really big one especially..its just not worth it for them..I had a similar case wherein some guy had moved one of my domain to a different customer control panel..so I contacted the Registrar (ResellerClub) and gave them the entire scoop..they asked me for some documents which proved that I was the owner, and I got the domain back..
