    I like it but adding your own email application so that people can chat would be excellent and I like the thumbnails in the search results for sure.

    I have adblock on right now but allowing people to advertise and publish ad content like Adsense is an excellent idea for it as well.

    The problem is its going to take a lot of work to make it usable. You might want to think what applications MAY kill Yahoo.

    lol... if that's the case, it's not going to scale very well since the Yahoo API limits your queries to 1000 per day based on your IP address. :)
