Of course. I recognise the fact that a lot of initial hard work went into those high pr sites. But to say he made 500,000 by starting from "scratch" is not right.

be carefull of people selling ebooks and newsletters on adsense (im sure 1-2 of them are nice folks) but to be honest if someone makes ALOT of money why would they give you away their secrets?

and most of the time these secrets are ........... GUESS........ yes........ hard work :)

well optimizing ads to get best performance is not necesserily something that should be kept secret. Yet generating massive traffic to the sites with those ads usally is.

im not making it sound hard, there are alot of different ways of making money online, all of them require some effort as input, you also have to remember time is money

u wont make much with a 404 page not found ;)

by no means it is impossible.. you just have to know what you are doing and put in some time to get started.

Only 7 month into it I am able to generate 1500+ clicks daily on my sites. If I knew what I know now I could probably get there a lot quicker, but thats just a part of learning experience.

Very strange, I must say. I'm a newbie in all this but I can't believe in your crazy idea of coding lowlevel services, like a filehosting, multithread java server with load balancing , redundancy, clustering or whatever. If you really want to do that, then do it but have your revenue from selling those products or services and don't do that with adsense or other revenue source from internet in mind!!!. Those products are all already built, and for free if had a look on the open source field. They do a very good job. Don't be crazy. I'm a professional developer doing complex things in my work, like those you say you are doing, but for revenue from web I don't want to bother with coding, there's plenty of tools, php scripts, perl scrips, etc. around there that do a very good job for us, an most of them for free.

Come on newbies, don't take that words as seriuos. A little creativity, research, brains and persistency is all you need to suceed.

Yeah, I was thinking that might be the case? I always wondered how many people would buzz you daily asking for tips - though I kinda expected the number to be much more than 20. Thought about doing it myself on occasion, then decided "Nah, Shoemoney would get too much of that stuff already".

There's a lot to learn, and most of it can be found on this forum for free - but you don't have to get into heavy coding to make good money. You just need to read, learn and put in the effort. It starts small, but it builds nicely...
