The Actual Requirements to Place an eBook on Digital Point - from Newbie

    I am brand new to DP and the rules say to post that you need to be on 7 days and 10 posts in website reviews and just below that is have to be on DP for 14 days and have X amount of posts. Are they both requirements or either/or? DP won't let me sell an ebook and I don't know why. Thanks to anyone who enlightens me on this!
