the ability to add funds to adwords using paypal would be really nice because I dont use a credit card but I am able to put money in paypal from my personal savings. ( so google if your reading this, please consider this feature!)

I believe this wont happen. Instead google will allow only thier own paypal equvalent "google wallet" whenever they are available. :)

Thus money circulate within google only. ;)

I also wish google would allow this as I own a small ISP and have about 1k + payments in paypal every month. If I could just send some of this to google to pay for adwords that would be great. But instead its - transfer to bank account - then pay credit card charges. Could easily eliminate 2 steps if they would consider it. After all money is money. I certainly would be willing to pay the fees.

And besides, their pay pal fees would be huge if they were to do this, so its very un practical
