    I have had clicks recently in the mid $20's but your site would need to be a damn fine one to get much higher than that, don't go chasing rumours and stories of high paying keywords as you will only end up back here asking why your meso site only gets $0.05 per click,

    Actually 507$ eCPM is definitely possible depending on how/when you check the report. I was looking at an AdSense report where there was only 1 page view, resulting in 1 click which was for over a dollar, thereby yielding an eCPM of over $1000 :)
