A unique service from start to finish, for just $100.​

I'm introducing a new service aimed at those looking for a website, and either lacking the time or the knowledge of how to put together a clean, professional looking website...with a host of extras thrown in!

Please be sure to read this post in full before jumping the gun and asking any questions.

Here's what we're offering:

Your new website, designed in full, from scratch
That's right, from scratch. You're not limited to a selection of templates like some other designers may offer you. We'll work with you, get your input, and put together the website that you're looking for.

Because of the price, the only restrictions we'll put in place are that the design is HTML based. No flash based sites or complex CMS designs will be undertaken. If you're looking for a WordPress based site, that's fine too!

We'll even help you with content!
While we won't include content creation in the price (however should you wish us to, it can be done at a rate of $5 per 250 words), we'll happily assist you in adding your content to the site.

We'll create you a logo!
If you need us to, we can also provide you with a simple banner/logo for your website, included in the price.

Helping you get on your way
You've got a website...now what? Once we've uploaded your new website to your server, we'll ensure that we do our bit to start sending traffic your way. Included in the $100, we will also thrown in the following additional services:

• The creation of an XML sitemap which will be uploaded to your server once your website is live.
• Submission to Google, Yahoo, DMOZ (if relevant) and 30 other major search engines.
• Further submissions of your URL every 90 days for two full years.
• The creation of a MySpace account (with an URL relevant to your website where we are able to - i.e. myspace.com/cars for a website about cars.)
• We will 'Digg' your website (you specifiy the pages) with one page per day for one full month.

What about hosting and a domain?
We do not provide hosting. Neither hosting or a domain name is included in the price. We can point you in the right direction with this if you need us to.

What else should you know?
Like many of you, I'm just a guy trying to make a living out of working online. While $100 represents excellent value for money, I appreciate that as a relative "newbie" on DP, some of you may be skeptical about parting with your money. All I can say is look at my reputation and iTrader feedback since joining these forums. If you require examples of some of my own sites, please PM me.

Currently, we will only be taking payment via PayPal. We ask that $50 is payable in advance prior to us commencing work on your new website to put any timewasters off. Once your deposit has been paid, we will not ask for the remaining $50 until you are entirely happy with the finished product. Payment in full will be required prior to us uploading your new site to your server.

In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with our work, we will refund your $50 deposit.

As an added "extra" incentive, I will also write a short review of your site on my blog (URL will only be given to those who have placed orders). In the event that the content of your website would be inappropriate on my blog, I will make arrangements to give your website further coverage elsewhere.

I meant to add this yesterday:

If you refer somebody who signs up for the deal, you will receive $5 per site designed. There is no restrictions on how many people you can refer, so if you refer 20 people who place orders with us, you will receive $100. The only restrictions are a) that your referral earnings are paid via PayPal, and b) that your $5 is only payable if the person you refer pays in full.
