The 10 BIGGEST Search Engine Optimization Mistakes

I've recently published a twelve-page report that highlights the 10 BIGGEST Search Engine Optimization mistakes.
    (As far as I'm concerned!)

To summarise, this is what I've come up with:

    #1: Wrong Keywords

    #2: Wrong Page Title

    #3: Wrong Meta Description

    #4: Wrong Meta Keywords

    #5: No ‘H Tags’

    #6: No ‘Alt Tags’

    #7: Wrong URL Format

    #8: Not Enough Content

    #9: No Content Keywords

    #10: No Text Navigation

If anyone wants to download the full report, you can do so here.

What does everyone else think? Is there anything more important that I've missed out?
Bear in mind that it's only a 'Top 10' and if you want to put something else in, you must take something out!

what do you mean by wrong url formatting?

I would say that one of the biggest misstakes is over-optimizing the page, like keyword stuffing for i.e

Other than that! think you have a good list mate

Not getting quality links should be number 2 after wrong keywords.

Well Ideally you'll have a different main keyword phrase for each page on your site. If that's the case then I 'd have the URL in the following format for each page:
    http://www.YourDomain.com/Keyword-Phrase

    Add to that list

    11. Canonical URL's
    12. Long titles made up of keyword stuffing and commas
    13. No deep linking
    14. Concentrating all your keywords in the same page.
    15. Linking up all your sites, If you own multiple sites, that too on the same server.
    16. Accepting link exchange of every other webmaster that mails you. You run a site on football, and you link to cheap ciggaretes.

are also some of the common ones.

If that list is in order of importance, it's way off with Meta KWs so high.

Question to DSB: Is there any information or guidelines to picking a Title Name?

Question to Kamchatka: What advantages are their to Deep Linking? Effectively you are sending traffic to another website to provide them with a source of information.

I tend to go with this list, but have seen trends lately that pages without any seo (even with blank titel and such) get good ranking in google... When I saw this it made sense, as google wants to give good results, not (over)optimized pages...

The biggest mistake is putting SEO first. If your ugly, content-less crap tricks its way to be number one in google -> people click back and visit number two.

    Way too people forget that.
