Our VPS do not come with cPanel and WHM. Alternatively, you can buy a cPanel license for $14 per month from cPaneldirect.net for your VPS - and we can install cPanel and WHM for you. If you want a free control panel, you can install "Kloxo" in one click by clicking "Install Kloxo" in HyperVM. It gets provisioned with CentOS by default, but you can also change the OS by clicking on "Rebuild" in HyperVM. Thank you!
