    Anyone here give their buyer on the Thank You card and telling them to give position feedback? Is this necessary? Any idea? Please help. Thanks

    I am sorry, what do you mean by a thank you card, is it something new which I am not aware of?
    Yes if any buyer is not giving you a feedback after 5-6 days of receiving the the product, then you can send a feedback reminder which is already set by the ebay management system. Or even you can send a personal mail from your mail id where you had been contacting the buyer, requesting a feeeback on ebay.

    I wouldn't ask for feedback on paper unless you have a very low rating. Some people give feedback and some people could care less no matter what you tell them. I find that most people do leave feedback though as long as you give them great feedback.

    other than requesting positive feedback, if the purpose of sending thank you cards
    to buyers to pull him to buy more in our ebay store, I think it's a good idea.
