I got banned from this forum for one day.. (yesterday)

Reason:One of my Signature links lead to a website which tried to infect someone's PC

I was furious at first but then I started searching for malicious code in my website (http://www.rmmfa2004.org)

I found some thing which I promptly removed.. after that I started to search for this code in my other websites which was hosted on that Webhosting account

all most all of the sites had been infected by malware just then I realised that some one had hacked into my account and was changing the files without my permissions

The person had logged into my account (from Lithuania) and has created hisn own FTP account and he has been infecting my sites without my knowledge

Promptly now I removed his account and also changed my password.

I hope My account would not be hacked again.

For Mods: If you are banning someone(for this reason) who had been around for some years..Inform him or first give him in an infraction .. which would do more good than banning him..for one day or one week

The only way mods have to keep signature links from showing is to ban the user. Banned users immediately loose signature privilidges. When members are not online, we ban to try to protect other user
