textlinkbrokerage.com fraud

I had very unpleasant incident with textlinkbrokerage.com. They took my money for the 3 months of service (about $400) but when I noticed that not even 1 backlink from them is showing I contacted the company and requested some proof. After that those people simply decided to ignore me and my every request for a refund. Even a BBB complaint did not seem to bother them. Looks WilliamC (someone at textlinkbrokerage.com) is in good relations with one of the mods on seochat and my posts are being censored. Here you can read what other people say about them: http://www.v7n.com/forums/showthread.php?t=13906

And here is my thread on seochat: http://forums.seochat.com/t29956/s.html

Did anybody else had that kind of experience?

Just checked the company(s) standings with BBB site, and found no complaints for textlinkbrokers.com(or any company profile). Did find a company profile under their other name, and they have a satifactory rating.

So, nothing suggests a bad bbb complaint.

I am sure he had more good business than bad otherwise his business would be down the drain long time ago. Back than when I was only beginning to learn SEO I surely was an easy target. I didn't know much about the links and and it was easy to scam me. Why not. I still have emails where his company BSs me that all 500 links will be on different c class IPs.

    Dammit,

Im getting real tired of being mistaken with textlinkbrokerage.com, who isnt even taking new clients anymore.

William Cross does not work with Textlinkbrokers.com. I have nothing personal against the guy but he does not work for us.

Texlinkbrokers.com has earned a rupatation of having great customer service and a very large (the largest) inventory of relevant text links. Our organization has over 35 full-time, American, employees. You can actually call our office anytime and get a real person in Sales, Customer Service, Billing, Fulfillment or wherever. You can even call me directly at Ext. 12

We have never had a customer complaint that we did not refund, in addition we would never even take your money with out you knowing exactly what you were getting. Plus, we are the only Link broker I know of that stops selling links on any site that does not pass pagerank. We have even gone so far as to stop taking any clients that have anything near a spammy site.

You did not find any BBB customer complaints for Textlinkbrokers.com because none exist.

I apologize for venting, but this is probably the tenth post I have responded to like this in the past 6 months.

Right. That clears things up and only now I see:

Thread title: textlinkBROKERAGE dot com fraud vs.

Nice accusation, great research. A quick browse shows these to be two completely different sites.

I thought something was fuzzy, when the OP said BBB had complaints and I found none.

Is there a way to 'adjust' this thread so it doesn't seem so negative about Textlinkbrokers.com?

    Thanks Farefax,

Its an easy mistake to make. I often wish I would have just purchased the brokerage.com domain name back when I first registered brokers.com. It would have made things so much clearer.

Hi FareMax, I see you fail to actually tell the truth that compensation was offered to you on another forum and you simply refused it at all when you first lodged your complaint.

Sorry, but I refuse to feel bad when resolution was offered and all you wanted to do was throw unfounded accusations around. If that is the best you can do, maybe you should do some growing up.

Textlinkbrokerage does not have a single valid complaint that was not resolved immediately upon knowing of it. And the only BBB complaint(s) are from you as far as I recall.

To date, I have yet to see "anyone" in Cahoots with you minstrel. Do you actually do anything mate?

I on the other hand have quite a few partnerships going and making money for all parties :)

Now I realize all you can do is throw mud, because you are actually not an SEO, have no real world experience in a daily routine ranking websites, or even do much of anything outside of telling people what they should do on a forum, but you really should do less whining. It serves no purpose :)

Edit: Ahh yes, and please do read faremax's thread on the other forum he conveniently posted in this thread located at: http://forums.seochat.com/t29956/s.html and read it all the way thru to see how it ended.
