    I bought a few links to advertise my site ok.

    Then I see something in my account called "View Invoices" and I click current invoices.

    There is a figure there, is that what I have to pay TLA?

    I would assume that you are referring to Paypal and the links you purchase were recursive monthly, if so, yes that would the amount you need to pay monthly in this subscription.
