Not really sure what's your idea, why didn't you upload the list here.. I am not so sure how long it is, but I don't think it's a good idea to download text files via those Download Sites..
I can see why. You wouldn't want the url's to be visible to the SEs. I did check it out, after scanning and sandboxing it, and it does not appear to be a malicious file or website. Most of the url's would require frequent pinging in order for the SE's to display them as links, I believe. Not to mention, that you probably wouldn't benefit from them, unless you're hoping to resell the domains, while displaying as having .EDU and .GOV TLDs. So...
