At the moment you dont really have a "template" as much as an image that has been cut up. Either you cut it up and create a template from it and then just add the text to the HTML or alternatively if you want to keep the exact current style you can at a minimum add alt tags to the images so that there is at least something for google to consume (plus will help people like me who browse websites with images turned off)
