text or images

what would be better for the bottom google links. a banner how it is or a text box instead of the same size of 468x60?

i just picked this page as it was the first page i seen that shows all the ads instead of 1 or 2.


i figured text would be better but it didn't look as nice so i put it back and decided to ask here for everyones opinion

I would let Google choose whether to put a text or graphic banner there -- they will algorithmically maximize your revenue.

If you could work the "Related Articles" sidebar around it, I would use a 728x90 Leaderboard.

Your layout looks very much like the one I was using until recently.

I liked that layout.

I have since changed to a layout that I like a whole lot less.

But this new layout raised eCPM enough to make me (almost) forget that I don't like thin websites.
