    I use a program called EmEditor. It works great, it is like notepad on steroids.

    I use Dreamweaver MX2004.

    Now granted all the html work I do is taking a template and editing text or changing images.

    Anything harder than that I usually outsource to someone who can get the job done in 1/10 the time it would of taken me and for a fraction of the price.

    There's tons of great ones. Check out E-Text editor for windows. I use Dreamweaver CS4 for most editing but sometimes notepad has its uses.

    I also use dreamweaver, it is easy to use and it's pretty simple.
