    If you have an e-commerce website, then it could be worthwhile to have links through to related products or categories. However, it wont do anything damaging from a SEO point of view. Maybe some of your link juice will flow in a slightly odd way, but that isn't as much of a problem as some think.

    My advice, unless you need it there for a very specific reason, don't bother :)
