    No this is not an ideal link. Too many dynamic stuff in there. He should just link to your domain without any of the additional code.

    If it uses a 301 redirect, it should pass on the PR. I normally just do a straight textlink, but if you're using that for tracking purposes I could see why. 301 redirects pass on PR benefits.

    It depend on which search engine you are working. If it is google you will not get the benefits.
