Do any networks offer CPC text link spots? I just searched through CJ and Clickbank and everything I found was per sale or per lead. Do any networks/advertisers still pay per click?
Try to find some gambling network. 7search.com, clicksor.com, or contact them directly for ad buys, try betportugal.com, instantactionsports.com

Tried running with betportugal (got in touch with David there). We did a 24 hour test with them that seemed to have gone well so we decided to do a month-long test. Their ad code was somehow down half of the time, then all of our stats and earnings got erased. We were promised to be paid by the 15th which is around the same time David disappeared and stopped answering my emails. We still haven't gotten paid and have had no luck getting in touch with anyone there even though I personally email them on an almost daily basis. I recommend everyone to stay far away from these guys.
