TEXT LINK BUSINESS for Sale

Description: I decided to start a text link business a while back. My vision was for webmasters to be able to buy and sell text links to their site in an auction format. This would allow the market to dictate the best price for links to be bought and sold. The text link market is huge and very profitable.

I got the site built, but then I had to take on additional responsibilities via work and kids. Now I don't have the time to commit to this project. I am willing to sell this to the right person for the right price. All it needs is someone to promote it. Here's a list of what is included in this sale:

Professional Custom Logo: I paid $100 for the custom logo that is used in the header of this site.

Traffic: Avg 400 unique per month so far this year with no promotion. I have paid for several permanent links from sites with PR. There are also many natural links to "sitewide links". The traffic could be substantial with some site promotion.

SERPS: This domain is listed in the Top 5 in Google and other SE's for almost every search term that I have optimized for. Summary: I have done most of the leg work for this business. What it needs is someone that has the time to invest in this business to get it off the ground with some good site promotion. Hopefully you love the concept as much as I do. I own several sites and will be one of your customers. I just don't have the time to be the owner. I posted this thread 1.5 yrs ago and had forgot about it. This site is still for sale. Google Pagerank is now PR2, everything else is pretty much the same. I am reducing the starting bid to $10.
