I use TLA and I must say that I don't think they're that good at selling links to be honest with you. The links they sell are random, their search isn't that good, and they take more than 50% of what they sell your links for you. Just my grumpy opinion. I actually had to do the marketing to sell a link on one of my sites. Kinda defeats the purpose a little. I guess I'm paying them 55% to give the buyer more confidence that they'll get their link for the whole month.
Best place to sell is right here on DP Link Sell section. It might take time to break in and sell but once you start getting customers + reps -> you will be on roll.
well, I'm taking it to a little different direction when my forum becomes popular though I haven't promoted at all TLA and other brokers are competing each other, and similar businesses are appearing. This means that the prices will go down, of course. So sooner or later, many will discover that link brokers are expensive. That's what I think would happen.
I use TLA for my homepage. They charge people $20, and give me $9.50. I don't mind, as it's really their work. I don't have to insert any links either. Saves me time too
