No one is blaming you for the miscommunication Sonny Koo, we just wanted you to return our money. 1.You never offered to refund our money, as you can see from your last response in bold letters below that you were clearly hostile and uncooperative. From: Sonny CooL [mailto:sonnycool.koo@gmail.com] Sent: Monday, June 20, 2011 12:20 PM To: Dana Machado Subject: Re: Malaysia Property Search Engine Contact: Inquiry Let me tell you one thing, FUCK YOU. I will disclose all information to major web master website, including all the email, i won't bare nor take responsibility of your company MISTAKE and fraud accuse. No worry, you will see what action i will take against your company and paypal. By the way, " FUCK YOU" is free for you. 2. You asked us to sign your contract. For what reason would we sign anything? The deal we had previously negotiated was dead, there is no need for a new “contract†as there is no “dealâ€. All we asked is that you simply return our money for the deal you did not fulfill. 3. We never stated that our contact to you was not through condo.com.my. In fact we agree to this point. We intentionally contacted you on this site, however it was for a different Client of ours and we would have been happy to do a deal for "condo.com.my", however the deal that we pursued with you was for "condo.com", not "condo.com.my". Where we feel you have not been straight forward is not pointing out the error or misunderstanding of 'condo.com' vs. 'condo.com.my' until after we paid you, then refusing to return our money. You can see this from our email after we discovered you did not own the site "condo.com" On Sat, Jun 18, 2011 at 8:55 AM, wrote: Hi Sonny, We are not going to proceed with these ads since you are not the webmaster of the sites we are interested in placing links on. We are requesting a refund of $600.00 from you. If you are not sure how to submit the payment please let me know right away and I can email you a direct link to go to online for making your refund payment to us. However, after the $600.00 refund is processed we will be happy to look at your site for http://www.condo.com.my and let you know if we have a potential relevant client. 4. As of this date we have not received the services from you, for the website that was agreed upon, and we have not received a refund from you. Any rational person can see that we paid for services that we did not receive and then we were denied a return of the money that paid for said services. Thank you, Dana S. Machado
u want me to post all the email here ??? check my second attachment, i do request you sign the form then i will refund, but what did u guy response ? then files dispute in paypal but never mention anything on it the mistake ? not even a single apology from you ...... Now u send email to my client without telling full story and ask them to choose wisely ? u like to change the story and act innocent, first time u're lucky paying 600 for your mistake and ignorance, but not this time ..... thank for ripoffreport.com showing what you said ..... I stop here and let judge do their job now, no worry i won't step back, you should be seeing me in very short time ...
Sounds to me like you are trying to turn their mistake into some deal for you. What is it that you needed them to agree to in your "contract"? I am curious. I don't know or care about either of you, but it sounds like you are just trying to take advantage of their mistake. I could understand some claim for your lost time or something, but from what you have posted, you just sound like an ass. Why not just refund the money if there is going to be no deal? Why make them jump though some hoop or face your threats?
