Man i dont see this biz will be very successfull and you can rely on this .........
Give me half of your asking price and i can setup 2 business's exactly like this with same or more profit.....I think this will require a lot more time then you mentioned ....... This smells fishy.....I used to sell and trade text links in 2005 .... I captured all the market on ebay but then due to some personal reasons i had to stop this business and reason is not really personall it was that i have to go to another country as i was offered job and did not have time for all that..... I was making well over $5000 per month but guys it was not easy as other online biz are .... This is like selling Milk while standing on the road and ask every ped if they want some ....... I would never put that much investment in this kind of business i dont know how you think .... As i am familliar with this if somebody needs help i will be more then happy to assist you in this sale thanks bye

 

if its so easy & simple, every member of this forum would quit their day job (if they work) & make $20K/month profit....or has you have claimed, 2 businesses or $40K+/month profit ($100K/month + top line.....!??!?!?!)

the truth of the matter is that it took a time investment, right market timing & some experience to get the biz to this stage.....

To grow rev/profits, some additional time is required....to maintain, a few hours a day at most is recommended.....

I dont feel like arguing with you but i know it will take time but not that much.... I will say again that if you give me half of what you are asking for site.....
I will give you 2 business better then yours doing same thing within 2 months..... making much more then what you are....
Deal here is that you are asking loooooot more then its value... If you know about this business you would know that how hard it is to maintain your sales level and how easy it is to lose everything... In one day.
Owner of this business will be same as person selling milk in streets and requesting everybody to buy it.... It is very hard to get customer and very easy to lose... So i am saying is that what if somebody buys this business and cannot keep up with it and lose all of it .... It will be lose of half a million dollars... You invest the same money in Mcdonalds and can buy 5 Mcdonalds with down payment and guess what you can easily make $10000 per store after all expenses.... Again i dont want to argue with you all i am saying is that you have priced the biz very high and their is looooot of risk in this link selling which you may be aware of. Market can go down in one day and that is it.... Also you say that it requires little time well ...
You said that you sell on ebay and it is also part of income...
It takes atleast 15 minutes to list on link and if you sell 100 thats 100x15 min and lot of questions to answer and then placing those links in appropriate website and keeping up with customers it is no way less then 12 hours of work per day if one person is doing..... I just want you to tell others the reality and not to hide the bad part of this bizzzzzzzzzzz No more arguement with you however if anybody else have question i will help you out post here please thanks

I don't won't to argue with you either. But I don't need you spreading MISINFORMATION about MY business just because your text link experience was different than mine.

1) I run this biz, you don't - it takes 1-2 hours/day to maintain. I don't use eBay or advertise ANYWHERE anymore....if you read closely, I said I did that in the beginning, but now have 75 current accounts that puchase via our email offers due to the trust & track record of 2 yr+ of delivering results....

2) The world could end tomorrow. Its called risk. That's the reason why I'm asking for a 2X multiple v.s. the 60X multiple Google is valued...for a small biz with the profit margins & client diversification (blue chip & small biz), I believe its fair & the market will ultimately decide based on its significant growth potential...

3) It is obvious you can't turn straw into gold...otherwise you'd be on a yacht somewhere, so let's get real & give credit to someone who has thrived in this niche market since 2004 & grossed close to $700,000...

All in all, not here for anything but to present a fair & lucrative opportunity for the right buyer....Maybe someone with the experience & capital to take the risk....I'm living VERY well & don't need to hustle..Luckily & with hard work, I've arrived in a position in my lifestytle where I value my biz credibility more than trying to trick someone for quick cask...

Man i say sorry for all this.... I didnt mean to spoil your thread however i was just letting others know what you didnt tell them or did not want to disclose. By the way.... I am not some stupid who is arguing with you for no reason... I own more then 8 McDonalds and have loooot of successful websites. You cannot compare your business with google....
All i want is that when people list their websites here everything should be explained and legitimate. If i was to ask you that can you provide your Tax information like how much you paid and is your business incorporated i know you will run away. Doing business and making others fool are two completely different things. Once again i would say that with investment of half of your asking price i can buy all of your customers...... It is not difficult to establish a business like yours with half of your asking price and in one month however if you start with nothing like you did then it will obviously take that much time or may be more. I leave this to others and i dont have enough time to argue about this i just saw your thread with missing info and just wanted to let others know about it. Lot of people here on DP know me and they know what i am talking about

And just to clarify..... I am not saying the business is bad... It is the one of the best business i have ever done with good profitability but their is lot more risk in it. This is a very fair price if somebody is looking to make income without doing lot of work however you can start from scratch and make your own business like this great entrepreneur have with lot less then you will spend on this ..... 1) I have two incorporated companies. A LLC in New Jersey & a S Corp in Las Vegas.

2) I have a CPA whose a partner in a small accounting firm in Orange Country.

3) You are over simplifying the ease at which someone could profit to the level in which I've achieved. The value of my biz is leveraging the exisiting brand, publisher portfolio & active customer accounts.

So, no, I won't run away & will provide any & all necessary info to serious inquiries.

Now somebody may want to take risk of high investment and if you have said that in begining people wouldnt assume anything bad about you and your business. I know it takes time if you have little investment but if you have that much money i can or even anybody can gurantee that income... thanks anyway and sorry for all that i apologize
