Text Link Ads - Bad for sellers?

I think 50% is high, but I look at it this way... if they sell ad inventory that I would not have sold otherwise, 50% isn't so bad after all.

 

If you're comparing services, you might get a better idea by looking at the net amount you receive rather than which percentage which takes. For example, if one service makes sales of $1,000 for your site, and takes a 50% cut, would that be better than a service that only takes 30%, but could make just $250 for your site?

 

think of it this way: the 50% that you get by selling through tla is usually more than the 100% that you get in selling in marketplaces like dp

 

I think this has been beaten to death already. Whoever's reading this gets the point now, you can stop posting the same thing over and over.

 

My friend is currently making ~~$600 USD from them. I don't have the traffic atm, but i will surely try them later.
