    Hi

Is there anything like text link ads are not google friendly?

Can it be a problem with google and adsense if we put text link ads to our site?

    Regards

If you are selling links, then use a no follow tag. Google will then have no problem with the paid links.

A do follow is when you leave a detailed response on a blog and they install do follow, it will count the same as any back link and help you rank well in search engines. So if it is a do not follow you get no back link.

Google will not have any problem if you are using nofollow tag with your text link ads, other wise your site will be banned by google.
Google consider ads to serve only for advertisement purpose (just to pass the trafic if visitor likes the ad) not to pass the Page Rank that's why google is penalizing payperpost and reviewme posts too...

As long as you have the rel=nofollow with text links, you should have no issues with Google Search rankings.

If you use "nofollow" tag then people don't buy links from you, so it is the same thing.
You lost your pagerank if you sell text links.

How can google tell the difference between a sold link and a link exchange or recommended links?

Google system unable detects a link is free link or paid link. Imagine... if you sell a link to anyone, how does Google find the link that is a paid link?

nofollow means google wouldn't be taking that link into consideration for the particular site's ranking.

The google bot will see the link but not follow through to the destination URL, and thus the won't get get any "google juice" from the link.
