    TLAs are bad for PR.

They made my blog from a PR5 to PR3. I advise against them.

But is it ok to use it with Adsense? I mean the TOS...

Also any other options that you believe are good? Bidvertiser? Clicksor? Any other? But I want to have no problem with Adsense...

Well, on my site I did have my own sponsor text links and adsense on the same page. Google never said anything against them.

Yes, TLA is perfectly acceptable to use with AdSense, just don't format the TLA's to appear like AdSense ads...AdSense has a rule against using ads that could be mistaken for AdSense...

As far as it's effect on PageRank...who cares, it's not like PageRank means anything, SERP's mean something, PageRank does not...

Keep in mind that text link ads that pass PageRank are a violation of Google's guidelines for web search. So even though you might theoretically be complying with the AdSense TOS, the Webmaster Guidelines violation puts your search engine rankings in jeopardy, and so your search engine traffic may fall dramatically. However accurate or effective anyone believes Google's ability to detect text link ads to be, Google is certainly going to continue to target sites that sell ads that affect search engine rankings. They certainly aren't going to catch every link seller through their automated systems, or even not even a significant percentage of them, but all it takes is a report from a competitor to put your site at risk of being penalized. While Google has been the most visible on this issue, you can probably expect Yahoo! and MSN to start to step up their efforts in the next year.
