Text Layout for a Yard Sign $15 First, $5 runner up(s)

I need a yard sign lay out.

    The sign is 18" x 24"

The sign should have the website and phone number, that's it.

    CashHomeBuyers.com
    704-334-8881

CashHomeBuyers.com is too long to put on one line, so you will have to break it up, but still make it belong together so it reads correctly, that is the main challenge, as the phone number should probably just go on the bottom.

Below are some links to other designs of the same type of signs.

    http://shop.banditsigns.com/bandit-signs-real-estateinvesting-c-42_27.html

    http://witnessdesigns.com/realestate.html

    $15 for the first place
$5 for second place, maybe multiples

    thanks

I don't get it. Something like this?
Changes can be made. Black borders, change of font, you name it :D
24'' × 24'' is BIIG! Sized down for preview ;)

    Feed back-

Sorry guys i messed up the size, it is 18"x24"

Also these signs are mass produced on corrugated plastic with vinyl lettering so they can't have detail, as the cost will be too great, refer to the samples on the websites to see the level of detail.

Also use only 2 colors, the sign color and the lettering color.

Also consider the application on the sign and it's readability. These signs are to be read as they are driven by.

Avoid skinny lettering, as they will not apply well or have very good readability.

    thanks

    Scott

    Here's my modified one.

The preview isn't in the right proportions, but the fullsize .PSD is.

Revised ... I added the web address - Its easier to remember a web address than a phone number as you drive by!

Ok, thanks for the entries. this contest is closed.

mimico, LucyChase, qecera all have elements to make the winning sign. So if you three will submit your last submission based on the following feedback below, i will award a winner, and the 2nd and 3rd place will get $10 each assuming they follow the feedback and submit another one, otherwise they will get $5. (hope that makes sense)

The following feed back is on each individual sign, but all should note the feed back for the final sign.

general- the colors don't matter as i will decide later, most likely it will be blue/white or yellow/black

mimico- I like your text layout the best, but please change your font to the impact style like LucyChase and gecera's, also don't add the "hand" i am undecided about the arrow or the house. I like the dollar sign for the "s" in Cash so keep that. Also i think i like the slanted Cash layout on top, but i am not 100% sure without seeing the right font and size allocations.
Designs 1&2 have too much space blocked for the phone number, Designs 3&4 have the right amount of space for the phone number. The .com should be larger. I also like the use of the reverse colors between the website and phone number.

qecera- i like your design without the brick wall, too much negative red space given for the phone number, make the phone number a bit taller/bigger and decrease the negative/red space. Decrease you margins on the CashHomeBuyers.com so that it is closer to the edge of the sign. Also make the "Buyers.com" a little larger by, stretching the text a bit taller.

LucyChase- Use the previous 2 feed backs as well. I like your use of border, but please eliminate one, so that there is only one, that extends to the end of the sign. Also i am worried that the website will be too small to read, so just put .com on that line.

    thanks
    scott

Here's another variation of REVISED 1- the slanted "cash" is at a better angle and the words are also bigger to maximize the board's space. I left the house on as well because it seems to balance out the cash line and home line. I can take it out if you don't want it and just expand the word cash. :)
