has theses box that must be filled(if it's too hard to make it tso they must be filled it's fine.

description
image (not manditory)
expiration date (If the deal doesn't expire type none):

are you looking for someone to make you a script or readily available scripts?

you can use phpmailer for sending email and the rest will be just easy.
