Text Block hidden within Nav Menu allowed ?

    Is it against google TOS to blend in ads with navigation menu bars?

    I was just reading an article called "Cracking the Google Adsense Code
    By Kim Roach" and it gives so calles tricks and hints. One of them is to hide
    ads. As a reference the article points to this site: http://www.dealofday.com/
    and praises the use of the text block as on top left side of page unter "categories"

    I cant see how this is allowed although the code hasnt been tampered with

    Yes, I think this site is in breach.
    Clearly trying to confuse the link unit and the category links.

    yeahh...this must surely be against the TOS. I just read the TOS again and nowhere could I find anthing to contradict it though.

    no no no....lol...thats not my site neither do I plan on doing anything similar.

    How the hell did the site owner manage to get his own links to line up flush with the google text block?
