Text before Google Custom search to use it, allowed or not?

    I am using my adsense in google custom search

    So exact in the left google custom search in my site i have text that order people to use the google custom search, like this :

    Search on this site here : Google Custom search




    please tell me quick response, if this is not allowed i will remove it immediately

    i had read here but i am not sure http://www.google.com/coop/docs/cse/tos.html
