So what are you selling the game or the site.

If you are selling the game then how many other sites will have the same game

 

We are selling the game, however, you can change everything you see for example, delroth.com and demo.pardiowars.com look completely different. You make the game your own.

 

I think what he means is are you selling the game that you are showing as the demo or is it the script that you are selling.

The answer to that question would be that the seller is selling a base engine or script that you then customise to create a game.

I have seen the script before and although it is not really my cup of tea, the script is well written and worth looking into if you are looking to create a game on a budget.
