text/bar above google ads

    Is this legal? The ads are placed under "Newly Added Tutorials" ? If not, are we allowed to only use the text "sponsored link"?

    You're only allowed to user "advertisement" related keywords near the ads, so I Would say no, it's not allowed. I'd recommend changing that so the AdSense team doesn't get on your case about it.
