Texas Sales Tax - Doesn't report properly

2 years ago we tried to get a fix to this without any luck. The software seems to have the ability to bill properly for Texas Residents where the first $25.00 is tax exempt. However it does not have the ability to give you the information necessary to fill out the form.

Texas asks you for the total amount you collected, the total Taxable Amount and the total tax due. The total tax due is easy and the software will report it. The the total sales is easy. HOwever the software will not report the amount of taxable sales which makes it very hard to fill out the form.

Does anyone have a fix for this that does not require us to redo our entire billing system for the sake of a simple number we need to accurately and quickly pay our sales taxes each month?

We tried calling and emailing support to no avail. 2 years ago we got "no one else is having the problem/issue/cares" so nothing was done about it etc.

Do you have a copy of the Texas tax form that someone here could look at (or maybe a link to a PDF version)?

Here's a link to the tax form. What we folks in Texas need is the figure for "Taxable Sales". I have a little Excel spreadsheet to calculate that, but it would be great if Opti could do it for us.
