Texas holdem site - taking offers

I am selling off one of my poker site's

Site has been up since March 2006 and has held a steady PR4 since its first update (with PR3 inner-pages)

Most visitors come from forums sig's and partner site's of mine - as well as a few from SE's (I will leave all current links in my sig's and on my other site's for 6 months)

Visitors by month:
July: 54
June: 75

Have not put much time into the site lately although all pages I've written for it are listed in the SE's

Revenue has come from link sale's and affiliate accounts
Roughly $55 from affiliate
and
Roughly $50 from links

I have attatched a screenshot of the amount made from my affilaite account


These sale's have all been performed over the last 2-3 months (so I am verage $25/mo. revenue)

Site does have 4 links on the bottom that the new owner will need to keep on the bottom till their sub's are up
