I swear it is! That and the mad connections. My best friend just HAPPENED to be a multi-millionaire?! That only happens in Plano. I swear I had no idea he had any money until about 3 years ago. I thought his dad was just a surgeon.... but apparently he runs an multi-million dollar audio business, and owns millions of land in oklahoma and florida and a lumber milling company, etc. All "on the side". Yea right.
Im guessing your from the West Side then Let me guess you went to Shepton or Jasper Im from Vines, not quite as rich of a school in the central part...
Jasper! Haha. Hey my family went in and out of debt. I've started to make more money than my father is all.
Yeah we are your gheto neighbors... I went to Shepton for a month or two all the kids were spoiled of there asses with fake drama in their life, what was most suprizing was that you'll actually have better classes, meaning more AP classes earlier pretty messed up that they can divide something public with in a town like that by financial status...
Yeah I got fed up with all that fake drama bull. During Thanksgiving break of my Sophmore year, I finally gave in to my parents request to homeschool. I withdrew the following Monday. "Homeschooled" for a year, and "graduated". I printed off my highschool diploma in Microsoft Word the same day I enrolled at college. I said "whoa watch it, it's hot." as I handed it to the helpless clerk, who had to accept my diploma from "Baldwin Academy". I did basically whatever I wanted. Read books I wanted, like Sun Tzu's Art of War, and Machievelli's The Prince. I got a job in marketing. Then started my own business, and things took off. And here I am now. You know, we probably have had a lot of the same friends. Haha. I've even gone to PSHS dances and things. Junior year I had a girlfriend there. I've kinda disappeared from the social scene as I spend time in Korea and working on my business. I'm torn between college or high school friends as well. Might even show up for your high school graduation party. Maybe with my 2-year degree in my hand, or my bachelor's if I finish it in time. You're a senior right? I would be right now. But instead I'm a sophmore/junior in college.
Thats cool I stopped reading all that bs they stick you with in school, I got tired of the practice I rather learn from doing rather then read books and listen to people who try to give me advice on life and money when they themselves cant cut it, but I dont tell them I stay quite, just a little longer and Im out I would hate to be a 24 year old getting out of college looking for a job
My older brother. 23, and will get his ASSOCIATES this summer. Doesn't know what he wants to do with his life. The problem with high school is they kick you out on your own teaching you nothing of SELF-MOTIVATION! I may be smart, but I'm not an einstein. I barely qualify as a genius. I just know what I want and how to get it. As for advice: The internet is a great place to start. Just follow every idea to completion. Many people on the internet have great ideas that they never fulfill.
