    plugin as in a Joomla extension? I used Rsmonials for 2.5,have you tried monials fader i think its 3.0 compatible

    We have a nice testimonials joomla extension, but its commercial. I would suggest using RS Monials or any free one available on Joomla Extensions Directory.

    There are many good joomla extensions such as Jextn Testimonial, Freestyle Testimonial, RSMonials, etc.
    You can find list of extensions from here: http://extensions.joomla.org/category/contacts-and-feedback/testimonials-a-suggestions
    However, you need to check and verify.

    You can use Bxslider module its easy to customize as per the requirement.
