Testers for a website

Hello friends,

I am launching a website soon and I am having some problems with the dedicated server I just bought.

I reside in Spain. On the server I´m testing on, my site is getting downloaded in around 2 seconds. On the one I bought (A dedicated server twice as powerful as the test one,) it is getting downloaded in around 10. My average download speed is around 850 kbps.

The test server is hosted in the UK with 1 and 1. The one I bought is hosted in the US with aplus.

Could this be of the location of the server? I need people in the UK and the US to test the website for me. I can pay you a few dollars through PayPal, as I do not want to post the links here before launch.
