Test or Exam related CMS

    I need a Test or Exam Related CMS for my Institution which teaches about networking. Where can i find one can u please guide.
    Only the testing system matters here...

    blackboard is pretty common for those sort of things, it's used by a ton of colleges. no clue how much it goes for.
