    Slow, but that mainly because of your top banner.. Make the images smaller. Almost 200kb of images is really too big.

    That site only estimates the time to download. It doesn't actually download your site and check the time.

    I changed the banner to some random smaller image. Please tell me if it is normal (fast) speed now.

    Also you advertisement is huge (like 130k the one i saw).

    You may want to consider not having moving ads (G ads would be fine) on your front page to help with load time, then you can put them on corresponding pages if you like.

    130k is like 26s for a 56k user and although I believe we shouldn't cater to the slowpokes :) some people have no other option so we have to at least be thoughtful.
