    Hello, everyone.

I just finished my first article for my website, and I need to know how easy it is to read and learn from it. If you could follow the steps below, and leave feedback in this thread, I'd really appreciate it!

1 - Go to my article

2 - Read it (of course)

3 - Take the quiz at the bottom

4 - Post your results here!

I know this depends on your ability to learn well, and also is based on previous experience, but if you could take the quiz and let me know why you did or didn't have troubles, I'll be quite pleased :)

Keep in mind this is a rough draft as well :D

Hey that's a nice lookin article... good job on it.

That poll is nice too, because it adds interactivity with the end-user.

I couldn't tell you if it's interesting since I am not interested in these sorts of topics, you should go to the right people and ask them that instead.

Well thanks! I guess that is good enough, I didn't think I'd find too many networking gurus in this forum :).

I like the poll too, not many places have it, ironically.

I looked at the first few sentences. When you're editing your own work (I assume), look for redundancies. Here's an example from the top of your article.

Notice how the beginning ("another version") and the end ("different wiring") say the same thing?

    Revised:

There is another version of this wiring, the 568B standard, which achieves the same thing.

    Revised 2:

The 568B standard achieves the same thing, but has different wiring.

    And so on.

    Nice job.

    MarketJunction is back! Woo!

Hehe, anyways, thanks for that. Best help I've gotten yet. I'll get to fixing redundant sentences after I do a few other things to it today.

    Thanks a bunch,

Redundant sentences are tricky, even for pros. We don't realize it, but we speak redundantly all the time.

Hope the writing is going well for you!
