I have a nearly dead site... I think it would be stupid to dump it and make another since the site is 1 year old and fairy well organized... It started getting 20k pageviews/month but it dropped to half... I'm afraid it drops even more while time goes by... The point is every marketing i could do for it was already done...so i really dont know what else to do... Can someone analyze it for me and tell me if there's anything that can be done to market it? Ongoing SEO require constant effort to get your website to rank high otherwise you can’t expect good ranking.
I would do as others have suggested. Continue to build relevant inbound links. That is something that you should never stop doing. You'll also want to add quality content and have good onpage seo. Based on the nature of your site I would suggest adding/promoting social aspects of the site. For example, allow commenting on the pics, pic requests, etc.
How about you add a blog to it? Is there something to write about, since I'm not familiar with the niche...
