Terrorists are still alive & kicking

It's next to impossible to stop someone whit that level of access from getting his hands on certain info . His main fault is that he facilitated the hacking of government servers . I doubt that he collected all that info on his own . Anyway what he did is called high treason . A lot more heads will roll but his will roll in public . If the CIA or NSA are going cannibalistic we're never gonna know but I can assure you that they will get a far harsher treatment then this guy .
