At present time, no one. Both sides are engaged in their usual BS propaganda but in reality they don't give a damn about people, only what serves best their greed. This administration is as careless with life of Americans and American soldiers as it is with life of Iraqis or anyone else for that matter as long as it doesn't mean some more green for them.

So its not fair to condemn a single side, again the allies are spending money to reconstruct the country. But the other side is determined to ruin it even more.

Allies are spending money to occupy a country,conquer the enemy and rule their new colony, it has got nothing to do with reconstructing the country. Iraqis have enough money from the oil to reconstruct their own country, if not everybody was so busy stealing it from them.

 

No there is a difference, Iraqis have enough oil to earn money, not enough money.
But the problem is, they wont have enough oil either if allies withdraw the forces and extremist take over the control. That is most likely to happen.

It is obviously bad. I don't support terrorism, and i agree with the government actions of imprisonment of people who do support and help terrorist groups.

However, i believe the government of the UK is jailing the wrong people.
