    Rather than blaming your site first, why not look at your traffic? If it's all crap traffic (IE Digg or bought traffic other than say Google AdWords)--from a click my ads perspective, then that's your problem.

    Also, look at your ads. Are they juicy and ultra-targeted? If not, that's another problem.

    For instance, let's say my site is on traveling in France. If I'm seeing ads like "England tours" my clicks will be very low. Also, generalized ads, like "cheap flights" can hurt me as well.

    Check out your ads and filter out crappy sites/ads.
