    Hello all,
    As part of a clear-out I'm selling one of my websites:

    Terra Jokes

    Terra Jokes gets a few hundred unique visitors and a few thousand page views monthly, many from Google:

    I haven't had time to properly maintain this website recently, hence why this website receives low traffic (for the massive amount of content on it).

    I also haven't properly monitised it, so assume no revenue.

    Terra Jokes is a highly desirable website due to the following facts (only a partial list :p):

    • The *entire* website (apart from the forums) is hand-coded, using unique PHP coding. The admin and member panel is fully fuctional and very powerful too (see screenies below!)
    • There are over 600 jokes and over 1,200 pictures already on Terra Jokes!
    • I'm selling this custom website (with lots of content already) for $400 BIN, and bidding from $150!

    As mentioned, below are some pics of the website's members and admin sections (*please* also register yourself to look around and test things out - please excuse the colour scheme of the forums though, I haven't had time to redesign it to the current design!):

    Assuming kitt does mean to make a bid, this site is now going to sell within 24 hours for $100. BIN is $450, accepting higher bids (this is now an auction as per the OP).

    Buyer never paid (nor contacted me regarding this), negative iTrade feedback left. Sale closed for now, but I'm going to be reselling in a short while.
