Can anyone recommend a good place/service/person to help craft a TOS? I am in need of crossing t's and dotting i's before I launch a new webmaster service site I am building.

    Hi,

Found an interesting tool for you... a Terms of Service generator: http://www.bennadel.com/coldfusion/privacy-policy-generator.htm

I would recommend that you have an attorney review it to make sure it is legally binding and covers you for the specific type of business you are in. Unless you already know a good attorney you could probably find one in the phone book under business/contract/corporate law.

    Good luck!

I would also suggest that you do some searching for sites similar to yours and see what terms of service they use. I would not simply rip off someone else, but you can use this to get an idea about what you should have in yours. What you will likely find is that by reviewing several others you will see a lot of overlap and you will also likely find some stuff that you didn't think about and want to include.

    Good luck.

Thank you both for your information. The service I intend to offer does not replicate any other I have seen exactly so I am looking for a reputable and knowledgable internet attorney.
