I am looking for a really good terms of service and privacy policy for my website. Does anyone know of any available templates or generators that can be used to create them? Is is illegal to copy someone elses?

I have a free TOS and Privacy Policy for proxies. I am not sure what kind of site you looking to use them on. You could model yours after mine if its not for a proxy. I see stolen TOS and Privacy Policy's all the time...It's amusing to read somebodies tos and see it change from "X company reserves the right to blah blah blah," to; "Y company also would like to stress blah blah!"
Hire a freelancer to write a custom one for you... copying or rewriting other's TOS is not a good idea.
